At Toybeta, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn fashion items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned apparel, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
