The purchase option says our shipping date

*NOTE: Please take an unboxing video as soon as you receive the package! One shot to the end, 360-degree high-definition. If you find any flaws, please show them completely in the video. The unboxing video must be clearly visible.  

1. If you find that the product inside is damaged, do not discard the carton with the tracking number. Contact Logistics Company to report the damage and they will provide compensation for any packages that were damaged during transit.

2. Please be cautious before purchasing as we are not responsible for any after-sales service. We just help customers purchase what they want. Before sending the package, we will confirm that the item is in good condition and make every effort to properly package it to avoid any damage during transportation. As it is being shipped internationally, logistics and transportation are beyond our control. Once the package is sent, Toybeta will not be responsible for any product damage or package loss. By placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

3. The unboxing video is valid for 3 days!

4. Collectible Figures are handmade and inevitably have certain traces of handwork, which is normal, if this is not suitable for you, we recommend refraining from placing an order.
